Analýza a komparace cílů udržitelného rozvoje v České a Slovenské republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a porovnává udržitelný rozvoj České a Slovenské republiky v letech 2000–2018. Analýza se věnuje čtyřem cílům OSN pro udržitelný rozvoj (SDGs). Statistické údaje pro deskriptivní analýzu byly získány od Eurostatu. Teoretická část práce je věnována udržitelnému rozvoji, teoriím ekonomického růstu a sociálnímu rozvoji. V práci jsou diskutovány některé aspekty rozvoje, jako je lidský rozvoj a složky vývoje.V praktické části jsou uvedeny charakteristiky obou zemí a zároveň jsou tam také popsány národní politiky udržitelného rozvoje. Dále je zde analýza čtyř cílů udržitelného rozvoje (kvalitní vzdělání, důstojná práce a ekonomický růst, udržitelná města a obce a klimatická opatření) a je stanovena výkonnost těchto zemí. V některých případech země splnily určité kvantitativní cíle, zatímco některé cíle nemusí být splněny do roku 2020 nebo 2030. Závěrečná část porovnává národní priority udržitelného rozvoje, ukazuje výsledky nejnovějších údajů a jsou vyvozeny závěry na základě výkonnosti vybraných ukazatelů v těchto zemích.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses and compares the sustainable development of the Czech Republic and Slovakia for the period 2000-2018. Specifically, the analysis includes four of the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs2030). The statistical data of the corresponding indicators for the descriptive analysis were substantially obtained from the Eurostat. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to sustainable development and theories of economic growth and social development. Some facets of development, such as human development and components of development are discussed.In the practical part, characteristics of both countries with reference to are presented given, and the national policies on sustainable development are also described. The four SDGs2030s (Quality education, Decent work and economic growth, Sustainable cities and communities and Climate action) are analysed, and the performance of these countries are identified. In some cases, the countries have met some quantitative targets, while some targets may not be met by 2020 or 2030. The conclusive part compares the national priorities on sustainable development and shows the results of the most recent data and conclusions are drawn on the basis of the performance on the selected indicators in the countries
