Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku řízení a plánování výroby ve vybrané výrobní firmě. V první a druhé části jsou uvedeny způsoby řízení a plánování výroby. Ve třetí části je uveden způsob řízení a plánování výroby ve výrobní firmě, spolu s možným návrhem na opatření.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the issue of production management and planning in a selected manufacturing company. In the first and second parts are given the methods of production management and planning. The third part describes the way of production management and planning in a manufacturing company, together with a possible proposal for measures.
