Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce Outsourcing personálních činností je popis personálních činností ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování a vyhodnocení současného stavu outsourcingu personálních činností včetně předložení návrhu ke zlepšení současného stavu zkoumané oblasti. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá teoretickými skutečnostmi v souvislosti s personalistikou, personální činností a outsourcingem. Práce pokračuje představením a charakterizováním vybrané obchodní společnosti. Následuje popis personálních činností, které společnost realizuje interními zdroji nebo formou outsourcingu. Z personálních činností zabezpečovaných formou outsourcingu je podrobně analyzována personální činnost zabezpečení mzdové agendy. V závěrečné části práce je předložen návrh, který vede k optimalizaci outsourcingu mzdové agendy.

Abstract:

The content of the bachelor thesis ?Outsourcing of HR activities? is a description of HR activities in a selected business company. The aim of the thesis is to map and evaluate the current situation in HR activities outsourcing including suggestions to improve the current state of the examined area. The first part of the thesis deals with the theories related to HR and outsourcing. The thesis continues with presenting and characterizing the selected business company. In the next part comes the description of HR activities, that are realized by the company either with its internal sources or by outsourcing. Out of all the outsourced HR activities related is the payroll analyzed in detail. In the closing part are presented suggestions that would lead to the optimization of the payroll outsourcing.
