Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Vavřínem ušlechtilým, popisuje jeho vlastnosti, chemické složení a využití. Největší pozornost je věnována listům této rostliny, ze kterých se získává vavřínový esenciální olej nejčastěji. V práci jsou zmiňovány techniky pro získání esenciálních olejů, zejména typy destilací. Dále je pozornost zaměřena na samotnou analýzu esenciálních olejů. V druhé části práce je popisováno …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with bay laurel, describes its properties, chemical composition and utilization. The greatest attention is paid to the leaves of this plant, from which laurel essential oil is obtained most often. Techniques for obtaining essential oils, especially types of distillation, are mentioned. Furthermore, the focus is on the analysis of essential oils themselves. The second part …more
