This thesis deals with the social cognition of the minorities in the Czech Republic and is addressed to local majority. The aim of this work is to outline the complexity of the study of intercultural relations; moreover the work theoretically focuses on the views and opinions of the majority concerning the members of national minorities living in the Czech Republic.
