Diplomová práca s názvom "Plánovanie a riadenie projektu" je zameraná na plánovanie a riadenie projektov. V teoretickej časti popisuje základné pojmy projektu, životný cyklus, hodnotenie ekonomickej efektívnosti a základné aspekty projektového managementu.
