Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu ohledání místa činu a jeho specifikům. Cílem teoretické části práce je srozumitelně a komplexně vysvětlit pojem ohledání jako takové, jeho specifika, dále místo činu, taktiku ohledání a popsat jakým způsobem je prováděna dokumentace místa činu. S ohledem na to, že je velká část této práce spíše teoreticky zaměřená, je poslední část této bakalářské bakalářské věnována popisu činností kriminalistického technika při ohledání místa činu v místnosti, v terénu a při ohledání mrtvoly na místě činu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of crime scene investigation and its specifics. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to explain comprehensively the concept of exhamination, its specifics, and the crime scene, the tactics of the examination and describe how the crime scene documentation is performed. With regard to the fact that much of this thesis is rather theoretically focused, the last part of this bachelor's thesis is devoted to the description of the activities of the forensic technician in the examination of the crime scene in the room, in the field and during the examination of the corpse at the crime scene.
