Tato práce pojednává o problematice překladu se zaměřením na překlad titulků k nezávislému filmu, jehož scénář byl poskytnut studentem Režie a scenáristiky na Fakultě multimediálních komunikací UTB. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis termínů souvisejících s překladem titulků a představení strategií využívaných pro tuto činnost.
