Acceleration of hyperspectral data processing algorithms
Abstract:
Cieľom diplomovej práce je zrýchlenie vybraných algoritmov na spracovanie hyperspektrálnych údajov. Algoritmy Pixel Purity Index a Image Space Reconstruction Algorithm pre spektrálny unmixing boli vybrané pre zrýchlenie. Zrýchlenie je realizovné paralelizáciou vybraných algoritmov na grafickej karte. V práci sú obsiahnuté taktiež výsledky spektrálneho unmixingu a merania jeho rýchlosti.
Abstract:
The thesis aims to accelerate selected algorithms for processing the hyperspectral data. Pixel Purity Index and Image Space Reconstruction Algorithm for spectral unmixing were chosen for acceleration. The speedup was realized by parallelization on graphics processing unit. Results of implemented spectral unmixing and speed measurements are provided as well.
