The Eros of Authorial Acting

Abstract:

Diplomová práce testuje autorův dlouhodobý zájem o erotickou lásku v mezích autorského herectví. Poté, co autor představí své osobní i teoretické východisko, nechá se volně vést myšlenkou trojjedinosti autorského herce v pojetí Ivana Vyskočila (autorský herec jako divák, herec a autor zároveň). V kapitole o divákovi zvažuje především možnost erotického zásahu, poznání a touhy stát se taky umělcem. V případě herectví ho zajímá souvislost s traumatem a prostitucí. Nakonec se jako autor zamýšlí, jak vytvářet nové vztahy spíše než nová díla, což ilustruje množstvím vlastních autorských pokusů ve spolupráci s Annou Luňákovou (tvorba rituálů, kabaretů, happeningů, mystérií, výletů...), a otvírá tím horizont jejich budoucí práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis explores the student’s long-term interest in erotic love in the field of authorial acting. After the introduction where the reader is given a personal and theoretical background, the student is freely inspired by Ivan Vyskočil’s idea of the triune trinity of the authorial actor (the idea of the authorial actor as spectator, actor and author simultaneously). In the chapter on the spectator, particular focus is given to the potentiality of erotic touch, discovery and the desire to also become an artist. In the case of acting, he is interested in its connection with trauma and prostitution. Finally, from the point of view of an author, he considers how to create new relationships rather than new works of art, which he supports and illustrates with descriptions of his own authorial experiments in collaboration with Anna Luňáková: cabarets, happenings, rituals, mysteries, trips… thereby opening up the horizons of their future work.
