Disciplinary misconduct of judges
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kárného provinění soudců. Zabývá se současnou úpravou soudní moci v ČR, a charakterizuje osobu soudce, jeho práva a povinnosti a zastávání funkce. Věnuje se historii právní úpravy kárné odpovědnosti. Definuje kárné provinění jako pojem, co pod něj spadá a co ne. Závěr práce je věnován úvahám de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on disciplinary misconduct of judges. At first, the work describes the present legislation of judiciary in Czech republic and a personality of judge. It also focuses on history of disciplinary misconduct of judges and its effects on legislation.
