Bakalářská práce zjišťuje výskyt nespavosti u veřejnosti v produktivním věku. V teoretické části je popsán spánek a jeho význam, dále nespavost, její rozdělení a nejčastější příčiny. In this bachelor thesis author is making survey of presence sleeplessness in population of productive age. The theoretical part is describing sleep and its importance, sleeplessness and classify it and describe the most common causes of it. In practical part the results are analysing.
