Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou fungování zaměstnaneckých benefitů v podnikové praxi České republiky. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů. Mezi tyto pojmy patří motivace, angažovanost, stimulace a ovlivňování spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Dále je provedena charakteristika a klasifikace zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich systémů. This thesis analyses how employee benefits are used in company practice in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on explaining terminology related to human resource management.
