Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice daňových subjektů s důrazem na změny, které nastaly k 1. 1. 2014 v důsledku rekodifikace soukromého práva. Práce vymezuje subjekty, jež se správy daní účastní, dále se věnuje otázce jejich subjektivity a zastoupení.
