Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá postoji ke spolupráci mezi lékařem a sestrou. Spolupráce patří mezi hlavní faktory dobře fungujících pracovních vztahů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké postoje zaujímají lékaři a sestry ke vzájemné spolupráci a jaké faktory na to mají vliv. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with attitudes towards cooperation between doctor and nurse. Cooperation is one of the main factors in well-functioning working relationships. The aim of the thesis was to find out what attitudes doctors and nurses take towards mutual collaboration and what factors affect it.
