Nursing care for patients with a proximal femur fracture

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o pacienty se zlomeninou proximálního femuru. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie kosti, obecná charakteristika zlomenin, zlomeniny proximálního femuru, jejich příznaky, příčiny, typy, diagnostika a léčba. Dále je zde zmíněna předoperační a pooperační péče, rehabilitace, následná péče a mapa péče. Ve výzkumné části je uvedena analýza dat získaných metodou retrospektivního šetření a pozorování se studiem dokumentace a interpretace výsledků. Cílem bylo zjištění složení pacientů a porovnání jednotlivých operačních řešení z hlediska specifických faktorů. Praktickým výstupem práce je vytvořená mapa péče pro jednotlivá operační řešení zlomenin proximálního femuru.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with patient care with proximal femoral fractures. The theoretical part describes anatomy of the bone, general characteristic of fractures, proximal femoral fractures, their symptoms, causes, types, diagnosis and treatment. Furthermore, there is mentioned preoperative and post-operative care, rehabilitation, aftercare and a care map. The research part consists of analysis of data which were collected through the method of retrospective investigation, observations with study of documentation and an interpretation of results. The aim was to investigate patients' composition and compare individual solutions of operations in terms of specific factors. The practical output of the thesis is a care map for individual solutions of operations of proximal femoral fractures.
