Financial Analysis of the Measures Protecting Business Interests of the Employer

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou dopadů jednotlivých forem zaměstnaneckých aktivit směřujících proti hospodářským zájmům zaměstnavatele na hospodářské výsledky vybraného zaměstnavatele a dále finanční analýzou efektivity jednotlivých nástrojů (opatření) zaměstnavatele chránících jeho hospodářské zájmy. Finanční analýza je provedena na modelové společnosti a při jejím zpracování bylo využito metody analytické, vědecké metody syntézy a deskripce. Na základě výsledků finanční analýzy byla provedena syntéza zjištěných poznatků a vyhodnocení jednotlivých metod a prostředků obrany modelového zaměstnavatele, zejména s ohledem na jejich ekonomickou výhodnost. Výsledkem finanční analýzy je porovnání nákladnosti jednotlivých nežádoucích aktivit zaměstnanců a souvisejících opatření zaměstnavatele. Autor došel k závěru, že u modelové společnosti je zcela evidentně ekonomicky nejvýhodnější investovat finanční prostředky do preventivních opatření, jejichž účelem je zabránit nežádoucím zaměstnaneckým aktivitám.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with financial analysis of the impacts of individual forms of employee activities directed against the economic interests of the employer on the economic results of the employer and the financial analysis of the effectiveness of the individual tools (measures) of the employer protecting his economic interests. The financial analysis is carried out on a model company and the analytical, scientific methods of synthesis and description were used in its processing. Based on the results of the financial analysis, there was made a synthesis of the findings and evaluation of the individual methods and means of defense of the model employer, especially with regard to their economic advantage. The result of the financial analysis is a comparison of the costs of individual undesirable activities of employees and related preventive activities of the employer. The author concluded that it is obviously more economically advantageous for a model company to invest funds in preventive activities designed to prevent undesirable employee activities.
