Grammatical Cohesion in Popular Scientific Style
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na gramatickou kohezi v populárně naučném stylu. Zabývá se výskytem jednotlivých prostředků gramatické koheze v daném stylu. Analýza je provedena na čtyřech úryvcích z populárně naučných textů - dvou z učebnic a dvou z populárně naučných časopisů. Výsledky jsou statisticky zpracovány a okomentovány.
Abstract:
The paper deals with grammatical cohesion in popular scientific style. It is concerned with the occurrence of grammatical cohesive devices in given style. The analysis was done in four extracts from popular scientific texts - two of them from textbooks and two from popular scientific magazines. The results are statistically processed and commented on.
