Structural study of selected virus proteins
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá řešením struktury čtyř proteinů stafylokokového fága phi812, kombinací metod molekulární biologie a rentgenové krystalografie. Všechny proteiny byly purifikovány a testovány na tvorbu krystalů. Struktura byla úspěšně vyřešena pro protein BmpC s rozlišením 1,8 Å.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with structure determination of four proteins of staphylococcal phage phi812, by combining methods of molecular biology and X-ray crystallography. All proteins were purified and tested for crystal formation. Structure was successfuly determined for protein BmpC with resolution 1.8 Å.
