Abstract:
Práce se soustředí na zobrazovací a segmentační metody v játrech. V rámci experimentu se snaží o segmentaci cévního stromu a středových linií cév u Mikro-CT snímků jater prasat domácích neuronovou sítí architektury U-Net.
Abstract:
The document focuses on imaging and segmentation methods in the liver. As part of the experiment, it aims to achieve the segmentation of the vascular tree and central vessel lines in Micro-CT images of domestic pig livers using a U-Net neural network architecture.
