Diplomová práce se bude zabývat, jak už samo téma napovídá, fúzí a akvizicí společností. Dané téma bylo zvoleno proto, že je to jeden z moderních nástrojů firem, jak se lépe prosadit na trhu, a to nejen na tom tuzemském, ale především na trhu zahraničním. This thesis will deal, as the topic itself suggests, mergers and acquisitions of companies. The theme was chosen because it is one of the modern tools for companies how to better enforce the market, not only on the domestic, but also the foreign ones.
