Abstract:

Jak sám název napovídá, v předložené bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na autismus u dětí, především na možné intervence, které se používají při práci s dětmi s poruchou autistického spektra. Cílem této práce je představit možné intervenční metody a pomocí zahraničních studií doložit jejich efektivitu. Práce se skládá pouze z teoretické části, neobsahuje praktickou část. V prvním úseku práce popisuji obecnou charakteristiku autismu, jeho typologii a rozdíly v kognitivních procesech, jako je smyslové vnímání a emoce. Následně se věnuji rodině autistických dětí a popisuji vztah se sourozencem, neboť také rodina má určitý podíl na vývoj autistického dítěte. Ve své práci se zabývám především mnou vybranými intervenčními metodami, které stručně definuji a uvádím současné publikované studie zaměřené na efektivitu intervencí. Následně jejich výsledky shrnuji a vytvářím tak ucelený přehled. Na základě pozitivních výsledků ze zahraničních studií ve své práci potvrzuji efektivitu intervenčních metod, kromě muzikoterapie, u které studie nebyly příliš přesvědčivé. Z toho vyplývá, že mnou uvedené intervenční metody jsou považovány převážně za účinné a mohou dětem pomoci při léčbě autismu dle jejich potřeb a dispozicím rodiny.

Abstract:

As the name suggests, in the presented bachelor thesis I focus on autism in children, especially on possible interventions that are used in working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The aim of this work is to present possible intervention methods and to prove their effectiveness with the help of foreign studies. The work consists only of a theoretical part, does not contain a practical part. In the first part of the work I describe the general characteristics of autism, its typology and differences in cognitive processes, such as sensory perception and emotions. Subsequently, I focus on the family of autistic children and describe the relationship with the sibling, because the family has a certain share in the development of an autistic child. In my work I deal mainly with my selected intervention methods, which I briefly define and present current published studies focused on the effectiveness of interventions. Subsequently, I summarize their results and create a comprehensive overview. Based on the positive results from foreign studies, I confirm the effectiveness of intervention methods in my work. It follows that the intervention methods I present are considered effective and can help children in the treatment of autism according to their needs and family dispositions.
