Abstract:
Práce seznamuje s problematikou zastoupení v právních úkonech. Zabývá se historickým vývojem zastoupení, poskytuje přehled vývoje od římského práva po současnou právní úpravu. Práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu zastoupení podle občanského zákoníku. Podrobněji se zabývá pojmem, druhem, vznikem a zánikem zastoupení.
Abstract:
This work acquaints with problems of a procuration in legal acts. It deals with a historical development of a representation, provides a survey of a progression from Roman law till present - day legal regulations. It is aimed at legal regulations of representation according to the Civil Code. In a detail is concerned with a conception, a category, an origin and an expiry of representation.
