Abstract:
Práce popisuje význam a druhy právních předpisů základních druhů samospráv v právním rámci České republiky. Důkladně jsou rozebrány některé aspekty normotvorby územních samospráv .V jednotlivých kapitolách se práce věnuje historii normotvorby v rámci území ČR, fázím vzniku právních předpisů samosprávy, jejich schvalování, formálním náležitostem, sankcím za jejich porušení a velmi podstatnou částí práce …more
Abstract:
The main topic of this diploma work is the description of the legislation of self-governing organizations in the Czech Republic. It gives consideration about the types of provisions of local authority and also about the process of their adoption and abolishment.
