Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zneužitím dominantního postavení (oblast hospodářské soutěže)nahlíženo z perspektivy evropské a české rozhodovací praxe.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with abuse of dominant position, antitrust law. The topic is viewed from the perspective of European Commissions and both Courts decisions. Also the process of issuing decisions by Czech competition office.
