Tato dizertace zkoumá kovariantní hamiltonovský formalizmus v gravitačních teorií s důrazem na termodynamické vlastnosti. Kovariantní hamiltonián je nalezen pro F(R)-gravitaci jak v Jordanově tak i v Einsteinově souřadné soustavě. Je ukázáno, že tyto dvě soustavy jsou spojeny kanonickou transformací. This thesis studies Covariant Hamiltonian Formalism in theories of gravity and looks for the thermodynamic properties. The covariant Hamiltonian is constructed for F(R)-Gravity in Jordan as well as in Einstein frame. It is shown, that those two frames are connected with a canonical transformation.
