Abstract:

Výzkum si dává za cíl podrobně analyzovat zdroje cizího kapitálu v odvětví dopravy. Důležitým bodem, o který se práce opírá je vývoj v odvětví dopravy převážně v letech 2018 – 2022. Období, které bylo zásadně narušeno. V této práci autor hledá vhodné metody na využití cizí zdrojů, kterými by mohl podnik financovat své aktivity. Vybírá vhodný způsob financování pro nákup osobních vozidel a pomocí metody WACC zjišťuje průměrné náklady na kapitál u každé varianty. Velká pozornost byla věnována rozhodnutí mezi pronájmem / koupí. Výsledkem této práce však je, že jako nejvýhodnější metoda financování osobních automobilů v dopravní firmě, je finanční leasing.

Abstract:

The research aims to analyze in detail the sources of foreign capital in the transport sector. An important point on which the work is based is the development in the transport sector mainly in the years 2018 – 2022. A period that was fundamentally disrupted. In this work, the author is looking for suitable methods for using foreign resources, with which the company could finance its activities. It selects the appropriate financing method for the purchase of passenger vehicles and uses the WACC method to determine the average cost of capital for each variant. Much attention was paid to the decision between renting / buying. However, the result of this work is that financial leasing is the most advantageous method of financing passenger cars in a transport company.
