Promoting Job Opportunities for Women During 2023/2024 International Women's Day: A Rhetorical Analysis of Linkedin Posts

Abstract:

With a focus on International Women’s Day, the main emphasis of this thesis is to conduct a rhetorical analysis to feature LinkedIn posts about women at work environments. The main focus is based on figuring the kind of tone that is employed for such posts and whether or not they are argumentative or celebratory in nature. The findings provide an in-depth analysis of the predominant use of certain rhetorical devices that helps the audience to resonate with the cause and gives the readers an overview of the platform’s social impact on their target audience.
