Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy regulace obchodu s ohroženými druhy živočichů a rostlin. Práce nabízí pohled na ochranu ohrožených druhů volně žijících živočichů a planě rostoucích rostlin napříč mezinárodní, unijní i vnitrostátní právní úpravou. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of legal regulation of trade in endangered species of animals and plants. The thesis offers a perspective on the protection of endangered wildlife species across international, EU and national legislation.
