Tato práce se zaměřuje na ochranu spotřebitele ve vztahu jakosti a bezpečnosti výrobků. Práce začíná historickým vývojem spotřebitele, a vymezením toho, kdo je spotřebitel. Také je zde rozebrán zákon o ochraně spotřebitele, který se touto ochranou spotřebitele zabývá a který se zabývá prodejem výrobků na našem území. This work focuses on the protection of consumers in relation the quality and safety products. The work begins a historical development of consumer, and definition who is the consumer.
