Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vedení lidí ve společnosti KVERNELAND GROUP CZECH, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly, první je věnována samotným manažerům, ve druhé kapitole jsou stručně popsány manažerské funkce a třetí kapitola rozebírá samotné vedení lidí. This bachelor thesis is focused on leadership in the company KVERNELAND GROUP CZECH, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains three chapters, the first one is devoted to the managers themselves, the second chapter briefly describes the managerial functions and the third chapter analyzes the leadership itself.
