Úvodní část diplomové práce shrnuje teoretická východiska týkající se daňové problematiky a popisuje daňový systém České republiky. Dále je vypracována analýza jednotlivých variant možné daňové optimalizace a vymezení některých daňových úniků. Součástí analytické části je výpočet vybraných případů.
