Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá tématem hranic v pomáhajících vztazích v dětském hospice. Cílem práce je: z dostupných zdrojů zjistit a popsat, potažmo formulovat doporučení při práci s hranicemi mezi pracovníkem a klientem v dětském hospici. Tomuto cíli odpovídá struktura práce. První část práce věnuje vysvětlení tomu, jak sami děti vnímají smrt, jak umírání vnímá společnost, jak je v ČR poskytována hospicová a paliativní péče a jaké potřeby mají aktéři, kteří využívají této péče. Další část práce, konkrétně kapitoly 4 a 5 jsou věnovány hranicím v pomáhajících vztazích, kapitola 4 obecně vymezuje pomáhající vztah. Kapitola 5 je potom zaměřena na hranice v pomáhajících vztazích v dětském hospice. Zde jsou prezentovány charakteristické rysy takovýchto vztahů, proces nalezení rovnováhy mezi profesionalitou a blízkostí a také přístup zaměřený na vztah. V rámci této kapitoly jsou prezentována doporučení, které lze vyvodit z teoretického poznání.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the topic of boundaries in helping relationships in children's hospices. The aim of the work is: to find out and describe from available sources, and thus to formulate recommendations when working with the boundaries between the worker and the client in a children's hospice. The structure of the work corresponds to this goal. The first part of the thesis explains how children themselves perceive death, how dying is perceived by society, how hospice and palliative care is provided in the Czech Republic and what needs the actors who use this care have. The next part of the work, specifically chapters 4 and 5 are devoted to the boundaries in helping relationships, chapter 4 generally defines the helping relationship. Chapter 5 then focuses on the boundaries in helping relationships in a children's hospice. Here are presented the characteristics of such relationships, the process of finding a balance between professionalism and closeness, as well as a relationship-oriented approach. Recommendations that can be deduced from theoretical knowledge are presented in this chapter.
