Position of a Job Seeker in Securing of the Right to Employment
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Postavení uchazeče o zaměstnání při zajišťování práva na zaměstnání" pojednává o fyzických osobách,které mají postavení uchazeče o zaměstnání. Cílem práce je charakterizovat práva a povinnosti uchazeče o zaměstnání, kdy zmíníme sankce za porušení těchto povinností. Práce se věnuje také poskytování podpory v nezaměstnanosti a podpory při rekvalifikaci.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis “Position of a Job Seeker in Securing of the Right to Employment” deals with natural persons who are in the positions of job applicants. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the rights and duties of job applicants; moreover it describes the sanctions imposed against the job applicants when they violate their duties.
