Abstract:
Chromosomové aberace hrají jednu z klíčových rolí při vzniku akutní myeloidní leukémie. Jejich vlivem dochází k dysfunkci genů regulující buněčný cyklus, čímž poskytují postiženým buňkám proliferační výhodu nad normálními buňkami hematopoézy. Abstract:
Chromosomal aberrations play one of the key roles in the formation of acute myeloid leukemia. Their presence in hematopoietic cells cause disruption of genes regulating cell cycle, which gives affected cells proliferative advantage over normal hematopoietic cells.
