Tato diplomová práce pojednává o správním řízení v působnosti Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Cílem této práce je představit celé spektrum činností Úřadu, jež zahrnuje správní řízení ve věci spojování soutěžitelů, zakázaných dohod, zneužití dominantního postavení, významné tržní síly, koncesí a veřejné podpory. This thesis deals with the administrative proceedings covered by the Office for the Protection of Competition. The aim of this paper is to introduce the whole spectrum of administrative proceedings, which covers mergers, dominance and vertical agreements, cartels, market power, concessions and state aid.
