Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou přepravy nebezpečného nákladu na území České republiky. Analýza se zaměří na množství přepraveného nebezpečného nákladu a množství nehod při přepravě tohoto nákladu. Práce je vypracována ve dvou stěžejních částech. V první teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše, definovány základní pojmy používané a přiblížena mezinárodní úprava pro přepravu nebezpečných látek, která je platná i na území ČR. Ve druhé aplikační části jsou využity data o přepravě nebezpečného nákladu, statistiky nehodovosti během jeho přepravy a příčiny těchto nehod. Na základě těchto dat jsou navrženy možné opatření ke snížení počtu nehod, případně minimalizace následných škod nebo snížení jejich následků na lidských životech či životním prostředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the transport of dangerous cargo on the territory of the Czech Republic. The analysis will focus on the amount of transported dangerous cargo and the number of accidents during the transportation of this cargo. The thesis is consisted of two main parts. In the first theoretical part, a literature search is processed, the basic concepts used are defined and the international regulation for the transport of dangerous substances, which is also valid on the territory of the Czech Republic, is approximated. In the second part of the application, data on the transport of dangerous cargo, accident statistics during its transport and the causes of these accidents are used. On the basis of this data, possible measures are proposed to reduce the number of accidents, possibly to minimize subsequent damage or to reduce their consequences on human life or the environment.
