Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje kriminalistické metodě rekognice. Práce je systematicky rozdělena do několik kapitol, které jsou pro lepší přehlednost doplněny o menší podkapitoly. V úvodu se věnuji celkovému pojmu rekognice, vysvětlení její podstaty a důležitosti v praxi, poté je zde také stručně popsaná její historie. Dále se věnuji jejímu rozdělení, přípravě, taktice, vztahu s dalšími kriminalistickými metodami a v neposlední řadě její dokumentaci. Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s rekognicí a vysvětlit její veliký význam v dokazování. Pro praktickou část této práce jsem zvolila výzkum, který je založen na rozhovoru s nynějšími, nebo bývalými členy kriminální policie, kteří mají s touto kriminalistickou metodou bohaté zkušenosti. Cílem tohoto rozhovoru bylo zjistit, jak na rekognici pohlíží dotazovaní respondenti, popsat jejich zkušenosti, ale také jsme se společně věnovali problematice, která je s rekognicí spjata.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the criminalistic method of rekognostics. The thesis is systematically divided into several chapters, which are supplemented by smaller subchapters for better clarity. In the introduction I discuss the general concept of rekognost', explaining its nature and importance in practice, after which its history is also briefly described. Next, I discuss its division, preparation, tactics, relationship with other criminalistic methods and, last but not least, its documentation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader to reconnaissance and explain its great importance in evidence. For the practical part of this thesis, I have chosen research based on interviews with current or former members of the criminal police who have extensive experience with this criminalistic method. The aim of this interview was to find out how the interviewees view the rekognition, to describe their experiences, but also to discuss together the issues related to rekognition.
