Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na dokazování přestupků ve správním řízení na úseku bezpečnosti a plynulosti silničního provozu. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol, kdy první dvě obsahují historický kontext a platnou právní úpravu. Hlavní cíl práce, tedy dokazování jednotlivých vybraných přestupků, je rozebráno v kapitole třetí. The thesis focuses on the evidence of offences in administrative proceedings in the field of road safety and traffic flow. The thesis is divided into four chapters, where the first two chapters contain the historical context and the current legislation.
