Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je vyhodnotiť súčasnú právnu úpravu krajnej núdze v trestnoprávnej praxi a najmä náročnosť jej dokazovania. Bakalárska práca sa skladá zo štyroch častí, ktoré po sebe logicky nasledujú.
