Tématem práce je ?Problematika umírání nemocných?. Práce shrnuje dostupné teoretické poznatky, které se zabývají péčí o umírající, vymezuje a definuje pojem umírání a smrt, popisuje domácí i tzv. institucionální model umírání, zabývá se lékařskou a ošetřovatelskou etikou a právními předpisy, nastiňuje jednotlivé formy thanatologické péče, zmiňuje problematiku eutanázie a dystanázie a shrnuje základní …more

Abstract The topic of this thesis is ?Issue of dying of the sick people?. The thesis summarizes available theoretical knowledge concerning care of the dying, specifies and defines the terms ?dying? and ?death?. It describes home and institutionalised model of dying and concerns itself with medical and nursing ethics and legal directives.
