Vliv stylu vedení při řízení různorodých týmů na inovace a růst

Abstract:

Tato studie zjišťovala vliv stylů vedení manažerských profesionálů, z vrcholových a středních manažerských pozic, způsob, jakým jsou jejich role vykonávány v současných organizacích, které mají různorodou pracovní sílu, na růst a inovace ve společnosti. Tento výzkum zkoumal styl vedení skupiny manažerů, včetně manažerů na nejvyšší a střední úrovni. Kromě toho studie analyzovala daný výstup stylu každého studovaného lídra pomocí inovace a růstu jako klíčových faktorů pro analýzu a hodnocení výkonnosti organizace.

Abstract:

This study determined the influence of leadership styles of management professionals, from top-level and middle-level managerial positions, the way their roles are performed in contemporary organisations that have diverse workforce, on growth and innovation in the company. This research examined the leadership style of a group of managers, including top-level and middle-level managers. Moreover, the study analysed the given output of each studied leader’s style using innovation and growth as key factors for analysis and assessment of the organisational performance.
