Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu, které patří neodmyslitelně k zakládání i sebemenšího podnikání. První část práce obsahuje domněnky a názory českých i světových autorů na konkrétní problematiku podnikatelského projektu. Metodická část udává směr, jakým bude tvořen právě podnikatelský projekt ve třetí části, kterou je část aplikační. V té bude využit průzkum trhu vytvářený za účelem zjištění míry touhy po nové konkurenci v určité oblasti. Pomocí analýz prostředí plánovaného podniku jsou zjišťovány nedostatky a naopak klady chystané organizace. V aplikaci podnikatelského projektu nechybí ani finanční plán pro potřeby založení podniku a jeho dalšího vývoje. Odhadovány jsou finanční výkazy na 3 roky dopředu. Po aplikaci zakladatelského projektu jsou shrnuty jeho výsledky a jsou stanovena doporučená opatření pro další vývoj podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor work is dedicated to the theme that definitely belongs to the basis of every business. First part of the work consists of thoughts and opinions of czech and foreign authors related to that topic. Methodological part gives the direction in which the business project will be created. And the third part is application.In this part will be used the research of the market made to analyse the demand for new competition in specific area. Using analyzis the shortage and pros of specific organization are found out.Financial plan and utensils to establish new business are also part of the business project.The financial statements are estimated three years ahead. After the application of the dounding project, the results are summed up and new measures for the following development are stated.
