Práce se zabývá srovnáním účasti dospělých na dalším vzdělávání ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie a faktorů, které účast na dalším vzdělávání ovlivňují. Thesis deals with comparison of adult education attendance in further education in chosen European Union countries and factors, which further education affects.
