Abstract:

Following Masters diploma thesis is a personal attempt to understand contemporary culture of screen in general and have an overview of Instagram, social media that became a phenomena which is shaping photographic imagery and influencing on number of aspects in development of human society. Along with disclosing topic of online medium, the issues connected with correlation of globalized neoliberal economy and dematerialized digital technocracy are highlighted in following text. Was necessary to note the fact of hybridization between mobile and photo technologies, as well as the influence electronic viewfinder on perception of reality. Impossible to ignore global changes that followed the Coronavirus pandemic, which strongly affected not only economic and social aspects around the world but also gave impetus to a new round in development of virtual world of digital technologies.
