Bakalářská práce „Pacht a jeho speciální druhy“ se věnuje institutu pachtu, který se do českého občanského práva vrátil s občanským zákoníkem z roku 2012 a jeho speciálním druhům – zemědělskému pachtu a pachtu závodu.
Abstract:
The Bachelor's thesis "Lease and its special types" is devoted to the institute of lease, which returned to Czech civil law with the Civil Code of 2012, and its special types - agricultural lease and business lease.
