Cellular Changes in Neurodegenerative Disorders
Abstract:
Práce je věnována neurodegenerativním onemocněním se zaměřením na patologické mechanismy a změny buněčné funkce u Alzheimerovy choroby. Tyto změny popisuje jak z pohledu patogeneze, tak z pohledu dalšího vývoje nemoci. Dále se zabývá současnými možnostmi v diagnostice a léčbě tohoto onemocnění.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to neurodegenerative disorders with a focus on pathological mechanisms and changes in cellular function in Alzheimer's disease, both in terms of pathogenesis and in terms of its further development. It also deals with the current options in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
