Abstract:
Absolventská práce se věnuje státním symbolům České republiky. Zabývá se jejich vývojem od historie až po současnost a jejich aplikací do veřejné správy. Charakterizuje problematiku spojenou s užíváním a ochranou státních symbolů. Práce se také věnuje dalším symbolům České republiky a symbolům Evropské Unie. Cílem práce je vymezit státní symboly a jejich právní úpravu.

Graduation thesis focuses on the state symbols of the Czech Republic. The work deals with their development from history to the present and its application in public administration. Graduation work characterizes the issues associated with the use and protection of state symbols. It also deals with other symbols of the Czech Republic and symbols of the European Union.
