Lepidoptera collection for biology teachers and its use in schools
Abstract:
Závěrečná práce obsahuje popis vytvoření školní sbírky motýlů. V úvodu je stručná charakteristika této skupiny. Následuje metodika preparace motýlů a tvorba preparátů motýlích šupin s popisem zalévání do kanadského balzámu. Zároveň je se v práci nachází pracovní list s popisem stavby motýla a motýlích šupin. Pracovní list byl vyzkoušen na 6. ročníku základní školy.
Abstract:
The final thesis contains a description of the creation of a school collection of butterflies. The introduction contains a brief description of this group. This is followed by the methodology of butterfly preparation and the creation of butterfly scale preparations with a description of potting them in Canadian balsam.
