Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na majetkové právo a jeho ochranu. Toto právo lidé řešili už v minulosti, proto úvod této práce řeší právě jeho historický vývoj. Annotation of my thesis is focused on property law and it´s protection. Roots of this law can be traced in the past and that is why introduction of my thesis deals with it´s historical progress. Thesis analyzes some parts of property law, for example it´s origin and growth.
